My name is Liam Girly.

Intro

I write everyday. I work best under pressure, deadlines are my friend. I am creative, I like to laugh as I write; it’s worth it to tell the truth, this is why I love writing comedy. The most valuable lesson I have learned is to care about what I’m doing, to do it, to love doing it, to give it room.

I earned a BA with Honours degree in Visual Art and Art History from York University in 2020. I received a postgrad in Television Writing and Producing from Humber Polytechnic in 2021. I have a studio in Corktown, Toronto. I am a writer, I am a painter as well. Writing samples are from my writing practice.
